How We Can Help

  • Direct Hire Placement

    From schematics through the implementation of construction documents, we support your firm with talented people. EDP Resources has a large network of architects, designers, and engineers. We are constantly sourcing, headhunting for candidates to retain in our network.

    Recruitment Fees: “contingency based” recruiting. Fees range from 15% to 20%.

  • Retain a temporay Recruiter

    Our recruiters have experience in architecture and engineering, If paying for a temporary recruiter is a better option, the hourly rate is $55.00 per hour with a minimum of 4o hours.

  • How the process works

    1. Client submits job description with desired salary range.

    2. EDP submits contract. After signing, recruiting begins.

    3. Candidates are sourced and are prequalified based on job description. Resumes are submitted to the hiring manager.

    4. EDP will coordinate the interviews with hiring manager and candidate.

    5. After the interviews, EDP will follow up with the hiring manager for feedback. If candidate is selected, client submits offer in writing, with a start date.

    6. Client may conduct candidate background check, depending on company policy.

    7. Payment for services will be due on candidate’s first day of work.

Our Process

All positions are for permanent hire. In order to match you with the right position and employer, we will need to learn more about you and your expectations.

During our initial phone interview we will discuss your work history, and your specific experience that may qualify you for various opportunities. Once we understand your goals and more, we will present to you with a possible match. We will need to confidentially submit your resume to the company with the open position. They will contact EDP for a possible interview or ask for more information about your skill set. Keep in mind, there is no guarantee you will be asked for an interview, but we will coach you along the process. There is NO cost to you. Our clients pay us to look for someone like yourself, and to ensure you and the company are satisfied.

Additionally, if the design position does not meet your expectations, not to worry, we will stay in touch and keep you in mind for other opportunities.
