Architectural design involves special talents in creativity.detail and creativity. To search for designers requires experience in architecture or engineering. Eileen Padro does have industry design experience from working as a CAD designer and an interior designer.

Recruiting Process
Many recruiters do not understand architecture or the design process. Eileen Padro has design application experience using a variety of CAD programs, interior projects, coaching, teaching and management.
Beginning with your hiring representative, a clear understanding of the job description, salary requirements and expectations of the position. Working closely with your representative is important with clear communication to find the best person for the new position.
Salary negotiations will be assisted in order to make an easy, quick determination.

Consultant fees are based on an agreed upon hourly rate, with a minimum of 10 hours.
Direct hire fees: 20% of the negotiated salary.
