History and Experience
Since the start in 1988, Eileen Padro believed in fostering strong relationships with her clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. In order to understand the needs of our customers and candidates, she has 30 years of recruiting experience in architecture and in engineering.
Many recruiters do not understand the design process. Eileen Padro has design application experience using a variety of CAD programs, interior projects, coaching, teaching and management.

Consultation Fees
Consultation fees vary by the search. Typically, a minimum 10 hours is required. Hourly rates, $55- $100 per hour depending on the search.
Verbal estimates will be given before searches begin.
For placement fees: 25% (starting salary) with a $1000.00 nonrefundable deposite to begin. Estimates of time will be given for any search is conducted.
